Computer graphics has interested me as long as I have had access to it. It’s more than 20 years by now.
First 2D with Corel which later changed to Xara, and 3D with TrueSpace - Rhino 3D - Blender.
Below I have put some examples of varying age. Place the mouse cursor to enlarge.

An example of design piece in
Rhino and the instrument during construction.
Another early TrueSpace model.
TrueSpace originated in the Amiga world, and was my first contact with 3D
in computer graphics. The program was later purchased by Microsoft but
they changed their mind and released version 7 free.
Jewelry design was popular.
Here are a couple of examples
I produced to inspire.
The ring is quite traditional
while the set with ring, earrings
and pendant, based on the anatomy
of a spider, arose some emotions ..
With the rendering engine Flamingo 2, we were able to get quite decent
materials on the models. There was also a simple plugin for animation.
Rhino is used eg. at the Institute of design in Umeå.
While I used TrueSpace in the graphics classes, Rhino 3D was released as a free beta.
Some of us were temted to try and was impressed. Later we skipped TrueSpace and
focused entirely on the Rhino, an excellent design program.
We also bought a small CNC machine from Roland for making "real" objects from 3D models.
